Amendment 4 - 08/21/2026 - This amendment is to update Exhibit B - Rate Table - Tech Library to Revision 3. The changes to the rate table include: rounded all cells to the nearest dollar in accordance with section L of the solicitation, revised formulas on the Regular Labor Estimate tab and the Overtime Labor Estimate tab to account for the total number of months across the period of performance, Travel Estimate Tab was updated to reflect the accurate estimate for the 6-month extension (see updated instructions in red at the top of the Travel Estimate Tab). Finally, Attachment 6 - Wage Determination 2015-4341, has been updated with the newest revision available (REV.35). Section L has been revised to reflect the changes made to the rate table; these revisions are highlighted in orange. Quoters shall only use Exhibit B - Rate Table - Tech Library REV 3 for quote submission. The Engineering Department of MSC requires a Contractor to provide administrative, data management and technical support for the MSC Technical Library. The Contractor will utilize the MSC Virtual Technical Library (VTL), an electronic repository and management system for technical manuals, drawings, engineering designs, engineering and technical references. This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
