Description

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has a requirement for the installation of four ground diesel monitoring wells. Period of performance will be 120 days from date of award. The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 06/16/2026 @ 5:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation.
