The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Pavement Crack Repair and Seal Coating, Thomaston Dam, Thomaston, CT. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to repair pavement cracks and seal coat the dam crest road at Thomaston Dam.
