Amendment 02: This amendment is issued to attach an updated PWS. Changes to the PWS document are highlighted. All other terms and conditions to the solicitation remain unchanged. Amendment 01:This amendment is issued to revise the solicitation to establish a deadline for submission of questions. Additionally, the solicitation is amended to remove the requirement for quotations to be submitted through PIEE Solicitation Module; offerors shall instead submit their quotations directly to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer via email at the address identified in the solicitation.
