Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number HFP-2026-133210 Title Single Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer for Ion Chromatograph with Optional Ion Chromatograph Notice Type Request for Quotation (RFQ) Agency Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Human Foods Program (HFP) NAICS Code 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing Set-Aside Total Small Business Set-Aside Description The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Human Foods Program (HFP), Office of Chemistry and Toxicology (OCT), Division of Analytical Chemistry (DAC), has a requirement for a benchtop, unit mass resolution single quadrupole mass spectrometer system, including delivery, installation, training, and warranty support. The system will integrate with the existing Thermo Scientific ICS-5000+ ion chromatograph and will support method development and validation for food additive analysis. Optional CLINs are included for a replacement ion chromatograph system. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Delivery Location FDA Human Foods Program Office of Chemistry and Toxicology Division of Analytical Chemistry 5001 Campus Drive College Park, MD 20740 Delivery Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET, excluding Federal holidays. Period of Performance Delivery and installation shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after award. The warranty period shall be one (1) year beginning upon Government acceptance. Evaluation Basis Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
