AMMENDMENT 002 6/17/2026: Q&A for RFI bid walk. Is the contractor responsible for patching cracks in cinder blocks in stairwells prior to painting? Only cracks with out indicators to be installed before work starts. What is required when patching walls along the transition to the ceiling since not painting the ceiling? Clean transitions lines with no more than 1/8” gap after patching. What is the required final wall texture? (lots of different textures exist currently, AIRSTA has no specific texture request) Have no specific texture, so long as no more than 3/8” nap rollers are used.
