This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This project is for Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area - Cyclic Clearing of Leatherwood Road Corridor, Scott County, TN. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 561730 Landscaping Services, Size Standards $9.5M TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance 60 days after NTP SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
