This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FY26.08A 05/29/2026, FAC 2026-01 03/13/2026. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB. The FSC/PSC is 6515-Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies. The Syracuse VAMC is seeking to purchase quantity of Three Eye exam chairs for their Syracuse Surgery Department.
