Services, non-personal, to remove and replace the existing irrigation system and provide landscape drainage repair, as needed, for the National Weather Service (NWS) at three (3) locations—Corpus Christi, Midland and New Braunfels—in Texas. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0268 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the removal and replacement of the existing irrigation system at three (3) locations in Texas. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 221310. The small business size standard is $41.0M. SITE VISIT INFORMATION A site visit is highly recommended but not required. Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
