Removal and disposal of MTS 800 - 1200-Kip Hydraulic Uniaxial Test Frame (750-Kip Frame)

Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to 1) Extend the proposal due date from 11 August 2025 to 18 August 2025; 2) Provide answers to industry questions in Attachment 3- Questions and Answers Amendment 0001; 3) Add information in Performance Work Statement (PWS) Section 10.1 regarding a second site visit scheduled for 5 August 2025 for interested contractors; and 4) Extend the cut-off date for questions from 31 July 2025 at 1200 to 6 August 2025 at 1200 in provision 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All interested contractors planning on attending the second site visit on 5 August 2025 at 0800 shall RSVP to Matthew Beben via email (matthew.j.beben2.civ@us.navy.mil) and cc Shelby ONeill (shelby.b.oneill.civ@us.navy.mil) and Justin Maschmeyer (justin.r.maschmeyer.civ@us.navy.mil).This update also updates the set aside code to Total Small Business Set-Aside.
