Security Requirement: Visitors must carry one original government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID). Registration for the Site Visit: Interested bidders who wish to participate in the site visit should send confirmation via email to mehtan@state.gov, including the full name of the visitor, no later than 9 July 2026. Please ensure the visitor's name matches the name on their government-issued photo ID exactly. Only participants who have confirmed via email will be permitted to attend the site inspection. Late responses will not be considered. Quotation Submission: Deadline: On or before 2:00 p.m. (India Time), 17 July 2026.
