SPE60525R0221 Amendment 0010 COG 8 Posts, Camps and Stations

Amendment 0010 is hereby issued against COG 8 Solicitation SPE60525R0221. Offerors are required to complete SF-30, Blocks 15A. through C., Page 1 only, and return via electronic email to the email addresses listed in item 3 by October 14, 2025 at 8:00 pm (EST) Fort Belvoir, VA local time. This amendment is open to all SPE60525R0221 Respondents only. The purpose of this Amendment 0010 is for the following reasons: 1. DLA Energy removed four (4)-line items from the Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) socio-economic category from the SPE60525R0221, COG 8 PC&S solicitation due to insufficient WOSBs for the fuel products in Cluster 8 (Line Item 00018 – Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JAA)) and Cluster 13 (Line Items 0042 – Gasoline, Automotive (MUR), 0043 – Diesel Fuel (DS2) and 0058 – Gas Oil, Marine (MGO)). Offerors shall provide COAs\COQs for Line Item 0018, Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JAA) and Line Item 0058, Gas Oil, Marine (MGO) fuel types.
