Amendment 0009 is hereby issued against COG 8 Solicitation SPE60525R0221. Offerors are required to complete SF-30, Blocks 15A. through C., Page 1 only, and return via electronic email to the email addresses listed in item 2 by September 19, 2025 at 8:00 pm (EST) Fort Belvoir, VA local time. The purpose of this Amendment 0009 is for the following reasons: Offerors shall identify each line items are applicable to the COAs\COQs submitted in your proposal. DLA Energy is NOT ACCEPTING any new COAs\COQs. All documents that are resubmitted must be issued via electronic email (NOT OET) to regina.daniels@dla.mil , ashley.koritzer@dla.mil, john.stanislaus@dla.mil, and georgia.dotson@dla.mil. All other terms and conditions remain in effect and unchanged.
