Incorporate the mandatory contract clause FAR 52.222 90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, as required by Executive Order 14398. ### ****AMENDMENT 0001**** The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (see attached); 2. Provide Attachment 4 LED Light List, to clarify location, type, and quantity and other site visit notes (see attached). ### This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0445 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Integrated Cropping Systems Research in Brookings, SD has a requirement for replacement of fluorescent lighting with LEDs. See attached Statement of Work for a complete description of requirements. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210. The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
