This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The safes need to be Class 5 resistant to 20 man-hours of surreptitious entry, 30 man-hours of covert entry and ten man-minutes of forced entry. The interior must be equipped with Size I 19 inch rack mounts, 13u equipment capacity. Fan ventilation must no be less than 105 CFM and must also be compliant with NSA information implemented in (32 CFR part 2001.42).
