Ammendment 0005: A second site visit will be held on 26 August 2026 at 10:00am AKDT, Questions and answers submission date updated, quote submission has been updated to 1 September 2026. The 673d Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary to perform flooring replacement services at the Blessed Sacrament Chapel (Building 3) in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of existing carpet, padding, and wall base; comprehensive subfloor preparation; and the installation of new commercial grade carpet and new rubber wall base.
