Portable grinding & lapping machine for safety valves, complete with independent machine stand & table, direct mounting on to valves, compressed air drive & maintenance unit. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: The machine shall consist of 1ea. EFCO TSV-150 ON 3/5" - 6" (ON 15 - 150 mm) Portable grinding and lapping machine with eccentrically rotating spindle for processing sealing surfaces in safety valves. The TSV-150 can be used to grind both valve discs and valve seats. By superimposing the two rotary movements (spindle and eccentric movement), a uniform abrasive speed is achieved over the entire seat surface. The result is an intersecting grinding pattern and a perfectly even sealing surface. Vendors must provide a detailed (unpriced) capabilities statement for review and acceptance by the Technical POC.
