Notice to All Prospective Vendors: Due to the volume and nature of the technical questions received, the Statement of Work (SOW) is currently being evaluated and updated. The revised SOW, along with the Q&A document, will be posted shortly. Because we anticipate significant changes to the technical requirements, we have extended the RFQ deadline to 27 August 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT. This will ensure that all vendors—including those who have already submitted proposals—have sufficient time to review the updates, the Q&A document, and resubmit their quotes accordingly.
