Amendment 0003 This amendment 0003 is issued to extend the deadline to submit quotes to 10 July 2026 at 1400 PST. There are no other changes as a result of this amendment. Reminder: A signed SF30 is required with quote submission for all amendments issued. -------------------------- Amendment 0002 This amendment 0002 is issued to answer questions recieved in response to the RFQ, and extend the deadline for quote submission to 6 July 2026 at 1400 PST. The reason for extension is because some questions are still waiting a response from a technical point of contact. There are no other changes as a result of this amendment. Reminder: A signed SF30 is required with quote submission for all amendments issued. -------------------------- Amendment 0001 This Amendment 0001 incorporates the following information: Site Visits may be scheduled, if desired, with Doug Sherrick at (850) 942-8831 x260 or douglas.sherrick@noaa.gov. There are no other changes as a result of this amendment. Reminder: A signed SF30 is required with quote submission for all amendments issued. -------------------------- The National Weather Service (NWS) NOAA Weather Radio location in Perry, FL requires a building that is not permanently set (not real property), constructed of metal siding and metal roof or similar fiberglass structure, which house a VHF 1000 watt transmitter with electrical. This is to replace a shelter that needs to be removed prior to installation. The building shall be approximately 8 foot wide by 10 foot in length but not exceed 9.5 feet by 11.5 feet. The building shall have 8 foot ceilings at a minimum. Quotes will be evaluated based on price and the factors set forth in this section using Best Value Trade-Off procedures. An award will be based on a determination of Best Value to the Government, price, and non-price factors considered. "Best Value" means the expected outcome of an acquisition that, in the Government's estimation, provides the greatest overall benefit in response to the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Please utilize the Quote Submission and Question Submission Google Forms linked within this posting and on the RFQ. Anticipated Award Date: 8 July 2026 Quotations Due: 30 June 2026 at 1400 PST Questions Due: 24 June 2026 at 1400 PST
