Description

This solicitation is for the design, procurement, and delivery of a metal workshop building kit. The scope of work includes providing comprehensive assembly instructions, stamped engineering drawings, structural calculations (including foundation reactions and anchor bolt layouts), and the physical kit itself. All deliverables must comply with this Purchase Description, applicable industry standards, and all federal, state, and local codes and regulations. Please refer to the Purchase Description for requirements. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the Contract Specialist no later than two (2) days prior to the closing date. Offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any amendments and official responses to questions. 4 June 2026 Edit: Updated to add preliminary draft drawings 17 June 2026: Amendment 0001 attached, solicitation response end date extended to 24 June 2026 at 12 p.m. 22 June 2026: Amendment 0002 attached, add provision and clause, answered questions. 24 June 2026: Amendment 0003 attached, solicitation response end date extended to 30 June 2026 at 9 a.m.
