DORMA KABA Locks

SECTION I – GENERAL INFORMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA461026Q0023 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Dorma Kaba Locks. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 332510, and the applicable PSC is 5340, the size standard is 750 Employees. This RFQ is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement. The Government reserves the right to award some or all of the line items represented herein. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse for costs associated with providing a quote. SECTION II – REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION This is a commercial supply contract to provide installation of a New Dorma Kaba Locks and programming locks to existing system in new dorm located on Joint Base Andrews. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, supervision, and support necessary to provide instalation of Dorma Kaaba Locks. Quotes provided should follow the attached RFQ format. The Government is not required to establish a competitive range, conduct discussions, or score quotes. Consistent with simplified acquisition procedures, the evaluation process is as follows. Price: The Government will evaluate all quotes for price, ranking them from lowest to highest total evaluated price. The total evaluated price is the sum of all Contract Line Items. Utilize the CLIN structure provided above when providing a quote. Technical Capability: Offerors shall prepare and submit a technical narrative with sufficient information to allow the Government to evaluate the technical capability. The Government will evaluate the lowest priced offeror’s technical capability statement to ensure it meets the requirements set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement with the items listed in the Salient Characteristics. If the offerors response to the technical capability document is determined NOT to meet the Government’s requirement, the evaluation will continue to the next lowest quote until one is determined to meet the Government’s requirement. SECTION IV – NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES All quotes submitted are to adhear to CLIN structure in the attached RFQ FA286026Q0023. Any questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 PM (EDT) 22 June 2026. Quotations and related documents are due no later than 12:00 PM (PDT) 26 June 2026.
