///AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers and extend the quote due date from 31 July 2026 to 07 August 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern time. Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement is updated adding paragraphs 5.2.1.14 and 5.2.4. Attachment 3 500 Area Drawings is updated to include a slide showing the area required to be fenced. Attachment 4 Test Results is added providing the results of the environmental testing of the site. All other terms and conditions remain the same. END AMENDMENT 2///AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add Attachment 3 500 Area Drawings. All other terms and conditions remain the same. END AMENDMENT 1/// Fort Drum, New York has a requirement for WWII Building Demolition. This requirement is set-aside 100% small business set aside under NAICS 238910 Site Preparation Contractors, size standard is $19 million. A site visit will be conducted on 23 July, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern time. The meeting place will be held in Conference Room 103, located at 4205 Po Valley Rd, Fort Drum, NY 13602. To access Fort Drum, contractors shall be restricted to physically sign in at Paul Cerjan Gate for entry, unless they have a Department of Defense (DoD) issued ID card, a local temporary pass, or a local access badge (LAB). For contractors who do not have access will need to visit the welcome center Bldg. 11008 outside of Paul Cerjan (Main) gate with a picture identification (must be Real ID compliant), registration, and proof of insurance to gain a one-day pass. The visitor center is open 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week. Offerors MUST notify the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by email of intent to attend the site visit no later than 23 July, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Questions are due no later than 27 July, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern time. Quotes are due on 31 July, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. The Offeror shall provide all information and requirements listed in Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 on page 22 of this solicitation. All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
