Extended bid due date to 1300 CST (1:00 PM) 17 July 2026. *****UPDATE 24 JUNE 2026***** Offer due has been extended to 9 July 2026 a 2:00 PM CST. This is to provide adequate time to recieve and respond to Q&A's generated from the site visit. ******UPDATE 23 JUNE 2026****** Site visit conducted. Attendee list added as 20260623_Site Survey attachment. Questions are due to listed POC's by 26 June 2026 at 1300 CST.
