The service period of performance (POP) will be from 10 October 2026 to 25 November 2026. The Government requires commercial Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) rental services in support of the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) 27-01 exercise conducted in and around Oahu and the Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), Hawaii. This procurement is a competitive requirement. Deadlines: Questions due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 24 September 2026. Questions submitted after the suspense date may not receive a response. Quotes due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 27 September 2026. Delivery Instructions: The digitally signed solicitation, quotation (Price shall be all inclusive) in attached NTV order form, and technical specifications must be submitted in one email including any or all labeled attachments.
