The purpose of this amendment 0001 to the request for quote 36C25926Q0110 is to post vendor questions and updated performance work statement (PWS) dated 01.16, provide for a site visit, and provide an extension to the quote deadline. The deadline for quotes is hereby extended to February 20, 2026, at 14:00 MT. The date for the Site Visit will be February 04, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT. The site visit meeting will begin outside the Patriot Brew of the main building at 1700 N. Wheeling Street Aurora, CO 80045. The site visit will begin promptly and will extend to all sites listed in the performance work statement. The deadline for questions directly from the site visit is extended due to site visit. Questions are due at 14:00 PM MT Feb 05, 2026. They must be submitted by email to natasha.holland@va.gov. Participants must not ask questions of onsite VA employees. All questions answered outside of this requirement of this solicitation may disqualify a vendor from award. Any questions submitted after this deadline or by quoters who did not attend the site visit will not be answered. Vendor questions submitted prior to the deadline listed in the original solicitation and their supporting documents are hereby posted. Please reference all attachments to RFQ amendment 0001.
