Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) awarded this fixed price contract under the authority 10 U.S.C. 3406(C)(2). This service was awarded to The Arbinger Company to provide Outward Mindset training and sustainment support that includes on-site observation/feedback of facilitation for Developing & Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM) and Outward Leadership (OL) courses, Leader Implementation Series for specified leaders and groups, on-site Operational Application sessions for specified groups, on-site implementation services for monthly Strategic Working Sessions, materials to support the continued delivery of Developing & Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM), and Outward Leadership (OL) courses. This includes facility site visits to assess the program's sustainment efforts, sustainment content or a program to reinforce the Outward Mindset methodologies.
