Description?
TPS LLC (UEI: EDN3VLXQVK55) using FAR Part 12 procedures. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain a Tenny Cevo-20S environmental test chamber to replace the current Tenney environmental chamber. The Tenny Cevo-20S environmental test chamber meets all the specified requirements when compared to the current Tenney Model T20S-2.0. See the brand-source justification for further details. A review of Thermal Product Solutions (TPS) replacement parts vendor for the current Tenney chamber resulted in no compatible parts for potential repairs. Other replacement options provide similar performance yet are too large for exterior dimensions to fit lab space. Additionally, testing requires that entire instruments fit within the interior space of the environmental chamber, preferably two at once for expedited testing. Further, other options require special power requirements that NGC does not possess (3-Phase AC power or 480V supply). This notice is not a competitive solicitation. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation or capability statement, which will be considered by the government. Any party that believes it can meet this requirement should provide a capability statement for the Government’s review. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be used only to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred responding to this notice. A party may identify their interest and submit a capability statement by August 14, 2026. Responses, including questions regarding this presolicitation notice, must be sent via email to Latisha Hollman at Latisha.A.Hollman@usda.gov.
