Procurement of Less Lethal for Tactical Operations

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is lowest price technically acceptable. Late submissions will not be accepted. The vendor must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submittal to be considered for award.
