Amendment 0007 has been posted. This amendment responds to RFIs, updates Attachment 9, provides Addendum 1, and extends the date for receipt of offers. The update to Attachment 9 corrects the incorrect solicitation number and location in the header. The new date and time for receipt of offers is 8/17 at 3PM EDT. Specifications and drawings found in Addendum 1 dated 8-6-26 replace the corresponding specification section or drawing in the original package. Amendment 0006 has been posted. This amendment extends the date for offers due to 8/14 at 3PM EDT. Amendment 0005 has been posted. This amendment extends the date for offers due to 8/7 at 3PM EDT. It also adds FAR clause 52.212-4 and removes FAR clauses 52.249-2 and FAR 52.249-10. Amendment 0004 has been posted. This amendment extends the date for offers due to 7/27 at 3PM EDT. Amendment 0001 has been posted along with its attachments. This amendment adds the site visit sign-in sheet and agenda from the site visit on 6/9. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management to complete the construction of infrastructure upgrades to the campus. Construction practices shall comply with all VA solicitation drawings and specifications, VA regulations, procedures, and conditions for work at the medical center and any applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. Work includes, but is not limited to, electrical (electrical panel upgrade, power (normal, emergency)), Bonding, UPS, Building Management System interfaces, asses for new and upgrades to existing HVAC, reconfiguration, expansion and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes, cable), Renovation Datacenter work (HVAC, UPS, Power distribution, cable management, expansion of space, fire suppression, finishes), communication infrastructure (new Data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to Cat 6A cable) in buildings as necessary, physical security upgrades, assess and upgrade fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide within buildings and between buildings, provide diversified path for wide area network connection, hazardous material abatement. Project buildings include: Buildings 47, 62, 14, 15, 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 73, 70, 11, 12 and site. Contractor shall complete the intent of project 637-22-700 in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications. All work not specifically identified by the drawings and/or specifications but necessary for a complete system shall be included as if specifically identified in the Contract Documents.
