DES Fire Diving Equipment

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to acquire a complete package of brand-new, integrated diving equipment for the Public Safety Dive Team at the US Army Garrison, Rock Island Arsenal. The overall requirement consists of core life-safety and operational equipment, as well as optional technologies intended to mitigate diver hazards. Due to the critical nature of the equipment, a key requirement is that all items must function as a seamless, integrated system. Prospective offerors must demonstrate that all proposed items operate together with absolute, verified interoperability. All items must be brand-new, unused, in their original manufacturer packaging, and carry a minimum of a one-year commercial warranty. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quote.
