The project will rehabilitate the existing gas compressor facilities at both plants. It will include seismic upgrades to the gas compressor buildings, rehabilitation of electrical and I&C systems, and rehabilitation of other necessary auxiliary equipment. It will also replace the existing flares with low pressure ultra-low emission flares.
