If any requested item is late, the the whole proposal will be considered non-responsive. The City of Myrtle Beach is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.

Due to budget constraints, the City will only consider bid prices that are no greater than an 8% increase from the previous contract. Travel/mileage cannot be considered.
