Description
It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a Contractor to provide baseline surveys, infrared moisture scans, annual roof condition assessments/inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs, under $50,000.00, for numerous City of Myrtle Beach facilities. The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other items necessary to perform the work required under this contract.
