(1) Vendor needs to provide media strategy, planning and buying services.– The development of integrated media strategies and media plans across traditional, digital, mobile, social media and other relevant and emerging communications channels;– The identification, segmentation and analysis of target audiences to inform media planning and investment decisions;– The development of channel strategies and media investment recommendations to maximise campaign effectiveness and value for money;– The planning, negotiation, buying and management of media across all relevant paid media channels;– The provision of audience insight, market intelligence and media consumption analysis to inform campaign planning;– The development of media schedules, audience targeting strategies and budget allocations to maximise campaign reach, engagement and performance;– The monitoring, optimisation and ongoing management of live campaigns to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and key performance indicators;– The provision of a detailed media budget breakdown and media schedule for all campaigns prior to the commencement of activity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
