Vendor needs to provide adult substance abuse treatment services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• To provide a comprehensive evidence– based, offender–oriented, continuum of substance abuse treatment services to adult women with alcohol and other drug problems, who are ordered or directed by the court to obtain treatment.• The goal of treatment will be to assist adult female offenders, abusing or addicted to alcohol and other drugs with the acquisition and demonstration of effective strategies, skills and knowledge which will result in long– term abstinence and a reduction of their re–offending behaviors.• The continuum includes Substance Abuse Assessment; Substance Abuse Education; Pre– Treatment and Motivational Enhancement Services; Outpatient; Intensive Outpatient; Day and Residential Treatment; and Therapeutic Living Program treatment modalities.
