(1) Vendor needs to provide employers conference services to the government authority located in TX. – Conference covers essential state and federal employment regulations and details the unemployment claims and appeals process.– a two–day hybrid conference in agency areas with a setup on a Wednesday and the conference on Thursday and Friday.– Guestrooms:– Successful Respondent must offer a block of guestrooms for twenty.– Conference event space requirements:– Physical room attributes:– Unobstructed view: the general session room must be free of columns or other obstructions that would block the audience's view of the stage.– Flooring: All meeting room and registration spaces must be carpeted.– Furnishings and equipment:– Podium: A standing podium must be provided in each meeting room.– Tables: All tables provided (e.g., for registration, exhibitors) must be draped with linen.– Parking:– Successful Respondent must have adequate self–parking capacity on the premises or adjacent to the venue, (e.g., parking garage) to accommodate all conference attendees.– Food and beverage.– Audio–visual.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
