(1) Vendor needs to provide UNIPOC management system.– Maintain a fully operational UNIPOC POC testing system capable of supporting clinical laboratory and patient care operations– System shall support rapid point–of–care diagnostic testing and include all required instrumentation, software, interfaces, consumables, quality control support, maintenance, technical support, and user training– Provide all services necessary for:• Delivery and installation of equipment• Initial system setup and configuration• Integration support with existing electronic health record (EHR) and laboratory information systems (LIS), and scripting software.• Initial staff training• Preventive maintenance• Corrective maintenance and repair• Software upgrades and updates• Technical and customer support• Replacement parts and supplies• Quality control and proficiency testing support(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set–Aside
