(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing services.– Work with agency leadership, including the director of marketing, to develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan– Media Development & Placement. Provide recommendations for media placement and buy, develop and buy the approved advertisements.– Media and Collateral development. Design, create, and produce all forms of media requested– Education and outreach campaign. Develop/continue a major education and outreach campaign to increase awareness of signature services and increase community support.– Marketing surveys. Develop, conduct and/or interpret marketing surveys to include health literacy, brand awareness/sentiment, and other items(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
