(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch and records management system.– Project work includes assisting the County in all phases of choosing a new Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System, including needs assessment, procurement, contract negotiation, implementation, and support.– The consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, assisting with procurement and contract negotiation, overseeing the implementation process, and providing post–implementation support.– Engage with key stakeholders, including dispatchers, officers, administrative staff, and IT personnel, to gather requirements and identify pain points.– Document the functional and technical requirements for the new CAD and RMS systems.– Provide a detailed report summarizing the findings and recommendations for the new system.– Ensure that all system integrations, data migrations, and customizations are completed successfully.– Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
