COMMERCIAL-GRADE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT - 165.00 KITCHEN EQUIPMENT

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov To provide the City of Oakland's Public Works, Environmental Services Division with commercial-grade kitchen equipment to retrofit two Oakland community centers for a one-time purchase only, not subject to specific time terms and/or renewal. The Contractor(s) is required to deliver the equipment withing 4-5 weeks, or sooner, after receipt of the purchase order. No installation services are needed but the Department may require the old existing equipment to be hauled away and properly disposed. Please see table below with equipment specifications. Equivalent make and models are not acceptable. The proposal must include detailed equipment specifications, equipment warranty, lead time to deliver the units, and delivery charges. Proposal must include haul-away and disposal of existing equipment as an option. The City intends to award the purchase order(s) to multiple qualified vendors based on lowest bid and whose proposals meet the requirements of this RFQ.
