(1) Vendor needs to provide global trade summit program development planning and operations support services.– Capable of supplementing internal resources and assisting with the strategic development, planning, coordination, and execution of a high–level international trade summit.– Develop and maintain a comprehensive Summit master project plan.– Maintain a centralized planning calendar for assigned responsibilities.– Assist with development and enforcement of planning procedures, checklists, and event–readiness standards.– Maintain a centralized planning calendar for assigned responsibilities.– Maintain action–item, risk, and decision logs.– Conduct research regarding emerging international trade and supply–chain issues.– Program strategy and content development.– Review program flow and sequencing.– Speaker, moderator and panelist development.– Stakeholder and industry engagement.– Services may include stakeholder mapping, identifying strategic organizations and individuals, facilitating introductions, assisting with approved outreach, coordinating stakeholder meetings, developing target participation lists, and recommending opportunities to broaden the summit’s reach.– Assist with trade association outreach.– Support logistical planning for approved market activations.– Exhibitor recruitment and coordination.– Sponsor fulfillment support.– Event operations planning.– Onsite event management.– Utilizing an enterprise event–management platform for registration, ticketing, attendee communications, agenda management, speaker profiles, sponsor and exhibitor information, check–in, surveys, networking, and reporting.– VIP, government and dignitary coordination.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12,2026.
