Vendor needs to provide fire alarm system services to the government authority located in Glen Carbon, IL. – Provide assessment, annual monitoring, testing, inspection, and maintenance services for the fire alarm systems at the agency. – Inventory of all fire alarm control panels, initiating devices (smoke detectors, heatdetectors, manual pull stations, etc.), and notification appliances (horns, strobes).– Perform comprehensive annual inspections and tests of all fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 72 requirements.– Provide 24/7/365 central station monitoring services for all facilities.– Ensure prompt and accurate dispatch of alarm, trouble, and supervisory signals.– Provide preventative and corrective maintenance services.– Address any deficiencies identified during inspections or reported by staff.
