Request for Applications for Primary Banking Services

Project number Project ID is for Project Title . Proposals are due no later than Proposal Submission Time on Proposal Submission Date . The City of Heath is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide comprehensive primary banking and treasury management services, including commercial banking, online banking, ACH, and wire services, fraud prevention, collateralization, remote deposit capture, investment-related banking support, and other related depository services. The City intends to award a contract that provides the best overall value based on service capabilities, technology pricing, financial strength, and responsiveness. The initial contract term will be two (2) years with options to renew annually for up to five (5) additional one-year terms, subject to City Council approval.
