MEDI-7938 - USA (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Hospice Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide hospice services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN. – Hospice services will provide interdisciplinary services for the palliation and management of terminal illness. • Hospice services:– Nursing care and services by or under the supervision of a registered nurse.– Medical social services provided by a qualified social worker under the direction of a physician.– Physician services to the extent that these services are not provided by the attending physician.– Counseling services, including bereavement, dietary and spiritual counseling.– Physical, respiratory, occupational and speech therapy services.– Home health aide/homemaker services.– Medical supplies.– Drugs and biologicals.– Use of medical appliances.– Medical direction and management of the hospice patient.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
