(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based off–the–shelf tutoring software.– Provide off–the–shelf software platform to recruit, schedule, and facilitate tutoring sessions for tech students.– Platform that will facilitate tutoring services, to also include scheduling, evaluations, hiring, and tutor training.– Provide a peer–to–peer style model in which both tutors and tutees are tech students.– Platform that is able to facilitate connections between students in need of tutoring with other students who are contracted to do this tutoring.– Able to provide coverage for 10,000 unique students per semester with tutoring for students being provided by request.– Flexibility is important to the University. Students must be able to have tutoring sessions conducted either online or in–person.– Provide an implementation timeline including a detailed implementation plan, key milestones, training schedule, and go–live support.– Onboarding requirements will need to include two–hour paid asynchronous training aligned with College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA), transcript checking for course verification, as well as contract hiring.– Solution in which an unlimited number of students are able to sign up through the platform as tutors to be onboarded and available to provide tutoring services. Students in need of tutoring services must be able to request at least three tutoring appointments per week per class.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
