The Bay County Board of County Commissioners invites firms to submit statement of qualifications to provide professional engineering services to support the construction and installation of S2S Conversion, Phase 1A. The intent of this solicitation is to acquire a team to provided professional services to include, but not limited to, surveying, design review based on their combined experience with installation of wastewater lines, lift stations, and conversions from septic systems to wastewater utility systems; involving process and equipment, and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services.
