(1) Vendor needs to provide unemployment insurance services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.• Attend quarterly review meetings with county.• Become the address of record for all unemployment compensation related matters.• Total management of quarterly unemployment benefit reimbursing obligations.• Claims and hearing management. Evaluate and administer all claims and claim determinations, and protest invalid claims and determinations, as appropriate.• Benefit charge verification. Audit all benefit charges against individual claim records to ensure the accuracy and validity of charges. • Protest all erroneous charges and obtain refunds when applicable.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 29, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
