(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based laboratory information management system. – Provide a fully web–based user interface with an integrated field application capable of tracking sample collection, field data entry and creation of electronic chain of custody documents. – – Support laboratory management, scheduling and forecasting.– Intuitive, user–friendly interface with minimal training requirements. – Provide complete sample lifecycle traceability and chain of custody management, including tracking of samples, custody events, and disposition activities throughout the laboratory workflow.– Track analyst demonstration of capability, training and certification status for each method. – Provide centralized, secure data storage with redundancy and disaster recovery measures.– Role–based access control for maintaining data integrity and user accountability. – Real–time audit trails and system logs for tracking data changes and activity history. – Integration with laboratory instruments for automated data acquisition and processing.– Comprehensive tools for documenting and charting QC and QA processes. – Ability to upload and store certificates of analysis related to chemical inventory.– Customizable report templates for regulatory submissions, client requirements, and internal use. – Comprehensive training materials and ongoing user support for laboratory personnel. – Built–in help resources or knowledge base for troubleshooting and self–service support. – Access to dedicated technical support for system updates and issue resolution.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
