Vendor needs to provide attorney legal services to the government authority located in Wrenshall, MN.– Counsel will provide basic services on an as–needed basis:• General Municipal Advice: Statutory compliance, open meeting law, public records, and municipal operations.• Contracts, Utilities and Real Estate: Reviewing contracts, easements, utility department matters, land use, and intergovernmental agreements.• Ordinance Review: Reviewing draft ordinances and zoning matters.• Meeting Attendance: Council attendance only upon explicit advance request.
