EXTRA-78189 - USA (Fort Monroe, Virginia) - Environmental Management Services - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental management services to the government authority located in Fort Monroe, VA.– Provide a broad range of environmental management services on an as needed basis.– Provide environmental services including on–site investigations, sampling, laboratory testing, reporting and written management plans as required.– Perform surveys, indoor air quality testing, and other environmental testing as requested.– Prepare and implement asbestos, lead, and Mold mitigation and monitoring plans in writing when required.– Administer the residential Lead–Asbestos–Mold Program (LAMP), including annual inspection and any required preventative cleaning of child occupied areas in accordance with a lead hazard reduction program.– Provide environmental assessment(s) of historic and non–historic buildings and suitability reports for commercial and residential uses.– Assist with procuring remediation services as needed.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
